Vintage 80s Specialized Hardrock Mountain Bike ATB Frame 22" Extra

Please note, the photos are a little off on the color, it's a teal green, not blue. For some reason my Samsung camera insists on showing it as light blue. Please expect it to be a slightly different color in person.
Up for your consideration is a Specialized Hardrock from the late 80s, 1987 I believe based on the component date stamps. If this is incorrect please message me and I'll change the description. This is one of the models that uses a U-brake in the rear. I do have one for sale if you need it, message me and we can talk about a package deal. The inside of the frame seems to be rust-free, but there are some minor paint chips where the metal underneath has surface rust. As far as I know this has been a California bike all its life and hasn't seen a lot of wet weather. The headset seems to spin smoothly, but feels sticky like the bearings need to be cleaned and repacked.
